Interactive Real-Time Process Control is a technology offering focused on process integration and real-time control based on predetermined design parameters, proprietary algorithms, and proprietary process improvements. This offer is a combination of

(a) custom designed equipment, and
(b) supporting process design and analysis services.

ARI designs a specific process monitoring and control system for the customer’s gas process management system.

The system is built and delivered to the customer’s site, then installed and checked out. Baseline performance runs are then made according to a test plan created with the customer to characterize normal system operation.

We then begin a series of tests to improve process performance based on experience. ARI is the customer’s development partner to optimize system operation. This includes design of the process control system and its integration with ARI’s on-line process gas monitoring system.
